Analyze PDF Files in Excel

In today’s data-driven landscape, extracting valuable information from PDF files is a common challenge. We often encounter PDFs that contain structured data we would love to analyze in Excel. Our client had a 60-page PDF that he needed answers from the data to run his business.

The PDF file looks like data, spanning 60-pages. Power Query allows us to import those PDF tables into Excel, one page at a time. We used VBA to automate importing all sheets at once. We then used a Pivot Table to find what we needed. With Power Query and VBA, we have turned complexity into clarity.
